Are Beauty of Joseon products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, nor do we sell in countries where animal testing is required by law.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 36 months unopened and 12 months after opening. Please check the 'period after opening' (PAO) symbol on your specific product packaging.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.
